Doors open each day at 8:00 AM. Arrive early to get your equipment checked!
All times listed are close of check-in. Fencing will begin within ten minutes of that time, so be prepared!
All events will be fenced as a single round of pools, followed by straight direct-elimination, no fence-off for third.
All spectators and parents must remain along the edge of the fencing floor or upstairs on the mezzanine. Only athletes, officials, and coaches (during DE's) are allowed on the fencing floor. During the direct elimination only one (1) coach or parent is allowed to assist the fencer during the active DE bout near the end of the strip.
Athletes who finish in the top eight will receive medals.

Entry fees will vary depending on when you make your payment.
Before 11:59pm MDT on March 23rd, 2024:
-$24 registration fee
-$40 per event
After that, triple fees will apply:
-$84 registration fee
-$120 per event
No entries will be accepted after April 1st, 2024.
Note that USA Fencing adds a $5 Admin Fee, and a $9 Sanction Fee to your registration. These fees are mandated by USA Fencing and is not part of the entry fees we receive. During the triple fees registration period, the Admin Fee is $15, and the Sanction Fee remains at $9.
All registrations and payments must be made through the USA Fencing site.
Registration fees will not be refunded. There are no exceptions.
Up to April 1st, 100% of the event fee will be refunded if the organizer (simon@nwfencing.org) is contacted with a refund request.
After April 1st, there will be no refunds of the event fee.
