SCHEDULE CHANGE : -Y 14 MF has been pushed from 12 noon on Sat, Sept 30 to 1 pm on the same day

• Y 14 MS at 8:30 am on Sat,will most likely will be flighted

Thursday night EQUIPMENT CHECK will be available at the venue 7pm-9 pm

-Parking : over 200 free parking spots at the venue lot. Free of charge.

Starting Sept 23rd No Online registration is permitted.
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if capping limitation allowing.

-Refund Policy

Registration fees and Administration fees are

NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by Fri ,Sept 1/2023

Refund of events fees can be requested by

sending email to coach@windycityfencing.com

Starting Sept 2nd/ 2023 NO REFUND, 

NO EXCEPTION for any reason.

All refund are processed by USFencing National Office.

NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or 

withdraw from events!!!

-Armorers have the full right to decline checking unwashed or uncleaned equipment.

-Concession stand will be present . Vending machines for water and athletic drinks are available. However,we strongly recommend to bring your own water bottle.

-No parents, coaches, or spectators will be allowed in the designated fencing area during the pool round. However, one coach is allowed to assist a fencer during DE bouts. Violators will be escorted out of the venue immediately.

-Awards Medals for top eight finalists in each event.

-A present towels to top 2 fencers in each event

-Doors are opening 7 am every morning.

-If possible use a small fencing bags, so we can have more room for social distance option around the venue.

-Results will be posted at www.fencingtimelive.com and any errors should be reported to the Bout Committee immediately.
