National Points

-SYC events issue national points.
-RCC events issue points to Region 6 competitors, but fencers from all regions are most welcome to compete.
-Competitors ages 8 and under from any region are eligible to compete in Non-Regional Youth 8 events.

Event Caps & Waitlists

Please note, there are event caps in place to provide a great experience for all attendees. Our 2024 tournament is even bigger, with additional strips and higher registration caps on all events, but we encourage early registration to avoid any waitlists. Most waitlists, however, have cleared in past tournaments, and we will continue to clear the waitlist as spots become available through the day of each event. Final event check in times may be revised by up to 2 hours once the regular registration period has closed. Event check in times will be finalized by December 20, 2023.

Event Fee Info

Registration and Event Fees

  • Regular fees until December 15, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT
  • Late (double) fees until January 10, 2024, 11:59 PM PDT
  • Starting January 11, 2024, online registration will no longer be available. However, walk-ins are permitted with double fees, if there is a spot available in the event and approved by the bout committee.

Refund Policy

  • Registration fees and Administration fees are non-refundable
  • Refund of events fees can only be requested by sending an email to capitolclash@gmail.com
  • Refund requests must be received by December 15, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT
  • Starting December 16, 2023 there are no refunds for any reason, including no show or withdrawal from an event
