Welcome to the Air Force ROC (DV1A, DV2, VET) & RJCC

Special Entry Requirements MUST READ

ALL people coming onto the base (fencers, coaches, spectators) over the age of 18 must be able to present a current, US-issued form of ID(US Passport, valid Driver's license, or other Real ID)
If you don't have a valid US ID, or you are a foreigner holding a non-US passport, you must email sara.cooper@afacademy.af.edu by September 15, 2023, otherwise you will be denied entry to the base.
Not complying with any of these guidelines and being denied entry to the base will NOT make you eligible for a refund, it is your responsibility to read these guidelines and ensure you are in compliance with the Air Force Academy security protocols.

Start all events on time within few minutes after close registration
No delay before and between rounds and no flighted events
Highly skilled Bout Committee staff and highly ranked & licensed National and International referees

Equipment Check

Equipment Check will be opened Friday 9/29/2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, as well as all event days from 6:30 AM
It is highly recommended to come and check your equipment on Friday if your event is the first event on Saturday. Other fencers are also welcomed to check their equipment on Friday

Important - Read Carefully

All fencing strips will be surrounded by stanchions (Fencing Zones). Spectators to sit outside the stanchions all times.
No food or drink allowed in Fencing Zones.
No parents, coaches, or spectators are allowed inside the fencing zones. NO EXCEPTIONS. However, only one coach is allowed to assist a fencer during DE bouts. Coach will stand in a clearly designated area and will be instructed not to step out of this area until the bout ends. Violators will be escorted out of the venue immediately. Fencers, please relay this information to your coach
Fencers to stay behind the strips all the time, except for the times they are fencing.

CADET = 2007-2010 (or on Y14 NRPS)
JUNIOR = 2004-2010 (or on Cadet NRPS)
ROC = Born 2010 or earlier (or on Junior NRPS)

Check-In

Venue opens 6:30AM on Saturday and Sunday. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
Proof of current USA Fencing membership. If a fencer is not a member yet, or membership has expired, the fencer has to complete and pay for USA Fencing membership at the door.

All fencers must have a USA Fencing membership card or a clearly legible copy to use the Auto Check-In feature.
Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if the USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Registration and Event Fees

Regular fees until Monday September 11, 2023 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $54, Administration $5, and Event fee is $60/event
Late fees (Triple) from September 12, 2023 until September 28, 2023 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $162, Administration $15, and Event fee is $180/event
Starting September 29, 2023, No Online registration is permitted
Walk-In is permitted if there are open spots and approved by the Bout Committee

Refund Policy

Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Refund requests must be received by Friday September 15, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to info@aaeventmanagement.com
Starting September 16, 2023 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request is received and will be processed by USA Fencing National Office.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
