Y14 - 2009-2012 (or on Y12 NRPS)
Y12 - 2011-2014 (or on Y10 NRPS)
Y10 - 2013-2016
All entrants must be current USFencing competitive members. You will need to have a copy of your membership card to scan at check in. Foreign entrants must be USFencing foreign international member.
Fencers must check in for every event registered on the day they compete. Equipment check is only done once. Proper fencing uniform must be worn including LONG SOCKS. All women's foil fencers are required to wear a padded chest protector. Men are not required to wear a chest protector; however, if they do, it must have acceptable padding. All chest protectors must be worn under the plastron.

No spectators are allowed inside the fencing strip area. NO EXCEPTIONS. Coach is allowed inside with fencer; however, coach must be on staff at club and maximum ONE coach per four fencers. The club must submit coaches in advance of event. Validated coach will receive wristband upon check in which will allow entry to fencing area. Please relay this information to your coach.
Violators will be warned; second offense will result in escort from the venue. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Snacks and drinks will be sold on site; however, if you require more substantial food there is a full-service grocery store directly across the street that sells prepared foods and has a Starbucks directly inside the door as well as other local restaurants within walking distance. Star Market (grocery) is a 5 min walk and is open at 7 am.

No exceptions to late fees will be made for inability to registration within the stated deadlines. It is your responsibility to be aware of event deadlines.
REFUND POLICY
Registration fees will not be refunded. There are no exceptions. Prior to December 9, 2023, 100% of the event fee will be refunded. Request must be received by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net) BEFORE the stated refund deadline. Competitors who withdraw themselves from the event are not eligible for a refund. After December 9 there will be no REFUNDS for any reason including COVID unless the event is cancelled. Refunds are processed immediately when requested, so be very sure you wish to withdraw. Once withdrawn, you will not be allowed back into the event. Self-withdrawals will not be refunded.
