The Collegiate Cup is an RJCC hosted by the UC San Diego Fencing Team and supported by the San Diego Division of USA Fencing and Western Fencing Coalition info. It is a Qualifier for Junior Olympics and July Challenge.
Collegiate Cup Features:
Fantastic Venue - UCSD's Liontree Arena!!! Up to 26 grounded strips, qualified referees, UC San Diego Athletic Trainers, Armorer-equipment check, and basic repairs. The Fencing Post will deliver at the venue if you pre-order online at designated times, please contact them for details 760 746 7000.
We will showcase a Collegiate style competition in parallel to the RJCC with the current UC San Diego varsity team and a team with some of our best alumni.
There will also be a recognition ceremony for our seniors graduating this year.
Regular fees if you register before April 23rd, 2023: Admin Fee: $5 Sanctioning Fee $6 Registration Fee:$30 Event Fee: $60
Late fees if you register between April 24th & May 1st 2023 Admin Fee: $15 Sanctioning Fee $6 Registration Fee:$60 Event Fee: $120
The proceeds of the Collegiate Cup are the main fundraiser for the UC San Diego Fencing program. Your participation makes it possible.
REFUND POLICY
The registration portion of the entry fee is non-refundable, however, the event fees will be refunded for an athlete who needs to withdraw and does so in writing on or before May 1st, 2023. After this date, no portion of the entry fees will be refunded for any reason, including medical.
