Please Read Carefully

• Masks are now optional at USA Fencing-sanctioned tournaments at the local, regional and national levels. Tournament attendees are welcome to continue wearing a mask if they wish to do so.
• If local regulations at the venue/city hosting a sanctioned tournament require masks to be worn, USA Fencing’s policy for that particular event will revert to the stricter local requirement. (For example, if a local government institutes a mandatory mask policy within its city limits, a tournament operated in that city will follow those stricter requirements.)
• USA Fencing reserves the right to change this policy at any time if adjustments are deemed necessary for the safety of attendees.

When you have finished fencing in your event, we ask that you consider gathering up your belongings quickly and leave the venue.

Tournament Schedule:

Start time of events will be posted 2-3 weeks ahead of the event to ensure the load balancing. We will notify all fencers when posting it.

Check-In

1. Venue opens approximately 6:30AM each day. We recommend to arrive at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
2. Proof of current USA Fencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. If fencer is not a member yet, or membership expired, fencer has to complete and pay for USA Fencing membership at the door.
3. All fencers have to have USA Fencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.
4. Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate or passport, unless if USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
5. Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Awards

• Medals for top eight finalists in each event.

We are honored this year to host Chair fencing. In an effort to promote and develop the growth of Parafencing ion the U.S., The Goldfinch Roc will be offering an open competition integrating both disabled and able-bodied fencers in a combined format. Athletes will be competing against one another in combined pods. Everyone will fence from a seated position in Nationally approved wheelchairs and fencing frames.
