Regular fees until April 1th, 2023
Late fees (Triple) from April 2nd until April 22th.

Starting April 23 rd No Online registration is permitted.
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if capping limitation allowing.

Registration fees and Administration fees are

NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by April 1-th, 2023 Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to coach@windycityfencing.com

Starting April 1 th, 2023 NO REFUND, 

NO EXCEPTION for any reason.

All refund are processed by USFencing National Office.

NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or 

withdraw from events

-Armorers have the full right to decline checking unwashed or uncleaned equipment.

-Concession stand will be present for both fencing days. Vending machines for water and athletic drinks are available. However,we strongly recommend to bring your own water bottle.

-No parents, coaches, or spectators will be allowed in the designated fencing area during the pool round. However, one coach is allowed to assist a fencer during DE bouts. Violators will be escorted out of the venue immediately.

-Fencers are not allowed to touch the scoring machine, weights, shims, remote and scoresheet. Fencers must verify accuracy of the score sheet.

-Awards Medals for top eight finalists in each event.

-A present towels to top 4 fencers in each event

-Doors are opening 7 am every morning.

-If possible use a small fencing bags, so we can have more room for social distance option around the venue.

-Results will be posted at www.fencingtimelive.com and any errors should be reported to the Bout Committee immediately.
