4th Annual Precision Invitational RYC and RJC

Welcome to the 4th Annual Precision Invitational RYC and RJCC! We are glad to be hosting this event in the city of Torrance, CA at the Jump Beyond Sports Center. All Covid-19 protocols will be followed.

COVID-19 Guidelines (Subject to Change) - Read Carefully This tournament is subject to state laws and orders regarding COVID-19, including assembly of persons. COVID-19 Protocols will be implemented throughout the whole tournament. There will be no exceptions. IF YOU CAN'T COMPLY DO NOT REGISTER

If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns or by the order of USA Fencing, a full refund will be issued to all fencers except for admin fees.

• Fencers are advised to wash their clothes each day before they come to tournaments. Armorers have the full right to decline checking unwashed or uncleaned equipment
• No congregating or gathering in any doorways, hallways, or walkways.
• Fencers to come to the venue semi-dressed up with knickers, socks, and shoes on. No change of clothes in locker or restrooms is permitted.
• All events will be capped, and entry is on a first-come first-served basis - NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the tournament has filled to the capped amount, a wait list will begin. When an athlete withdraws from the event the next person on the wait list will automatically be registered for the event and pay event fees. If a card is not provided, the athlete will have 48 hours to respond with a valid form of payment before the spot is given to the next person on the waitlist.
• No food or drink allowed in the Fencing Zones. You may bring your own food/drink as food choices will be limited.
• No monitors to display pools or results. Check live tournament results and tournament progress at www.fencingtimelive.com
• According to USA Fencing recent regulations as well as local regulations, face masks are optional.
• There may be additional instructions related to COVID-19 safety measures. We will keep this webpage updated and we will send a mass email to all participants with all instructions prior to the tournament.
• All rolling bags must be stored outside in the bag storage area where tents and tables will be provided. Only strip bags will be allowed inside the venue.
• There will be limited parking onsite available. Please come early or use uber or lyft to get to the venue. Street parking is available. There is also a parking lot with over 1200 parking spots 2.5 blocks down available Friday and Sunday with the morning of Saturday being limited by the farmer's market near the park. Limited paid parking is also available. Please do not park in lots without paying and being directed by an attendant to park in those lots.

Age Eligibility

Y10 = 2012-2015

Y12 = 2010-2013 (or on Y10 NRPS)

Y14 = 2008-2011 (or on Y12 NRPS)

JUNIOR = 2003-2009 (or on CADET NRPS)

The start time of events is subject to change to maintain load balancing. We will notify all fencers if there will be any change in start times.

The capping of events is subject to change to maintain a reasonable number of attendees throughout the whole day.

Check-In Venue opens 7 AM all days. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in.

All fencers have to have USA Fencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.

Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport, or driver's license, unless if USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified "noted on the card.

Fencers must check in every event they compete in.

Equipment Check Equipment check will be opened on Thursday at 6:30pm-8:30pm (times are subject to change based on venue setup readiness).

It is highly recommended that you come to check your equipment on Thursday if your first event is on Friday and one day earlier than your first event in general.
