Prizes and medals will be awarded to 1st through 3rd places in each event. In addition, the top finisher by age group in each event will receive an award.
The following COVID-19 policies will be in effect during the tournament. These policies may change depending on the COVID situation and Washington State laws at the time of the event.
All attendees must wear face coverings at all times, regardless of vaccination status.
Athletes may be accompanied by a maximum of one guest.
(Updated 1/8/2022) In accordance with the USA Fencing COVID policy, we will be applying the same policy that is in effect for USA Fencing National Events: all people entering the venue will be required to provide proof of vaccination.
Athletes: Will need to submit their documentation for review through the tournament registration page. While the proof of vaccination or exemption is being reviewed, the athlete’s registration will show with a pending status. Once approved, the athlete will be approved for the tournament.
Spectators: Can show their proof of vaccination at the door OR use the USA Fencing verification site.
Spectators who do not have a USA Fencing member profile may upload their proof of vaccination here, or show their vaccination card prior to entry to the venue.
All medical/religious exemption requests must be done so prior to the event through the USA Fencing system. Anyone granted an exemption must provide a PCR test taken within 72 hours of entering the venue. Exemptions will not be granted at the door.
We will be testing all lames, masks, gloves, mask cords and body cords. Please arrive early to have your equipment checked.
During the morning equipment checks, we will only check equipment for the events starting at 10:00am. Equipment check for later events will be available after the morning events have started.
Registration fee non-refundable. Event fee refundable before withdrawal deadline: 2/7/2022.
