There will not be a medal ceremony. Fencers can pick up medals as they leave the venue. Medals awarded to Top 8.
Do not stretch, sit or recline on or around fencing strips, where viruses exhaled during competition might settle.
Schedule: On this page there is a light blue bar with dark blue text reading “Overview,” “My Registrations,” and “Events.” Click on “Events” to jump to the section of the page listing the events and their close of registration times. We recommend arriving one hour before close of registration to get checked in, get your equipment approved, and to warm up. All event dates / times are subject to change so please confirm your day and start time the day before your event.

Fencers must check in for each event they plan to attend. This means if a fencer is competing in Y10, Y12, and Y14, they will check in three times within an hour of each event starting.
Live results: Tournament info (pools, DE, strip assignments, results etc) can only be accessed via internet/cell phone at http://fencingtimelive.com. Venue WiFi is unreliable so plan for a personal hotspot if need be.
Our Sponsor: Absolute Fencing Gear will be on site for equipment purchases - https://www.absolutefencinggear.com/shopping/

Our event fees this year are higher than normal by $5 per event to help offset the expense of renting a larger space than usual for the event. We have done this for your safety as well as the safety of the tournament staff. We hope you understand the reasoning for adding the extra $5 to each event. In the event that this causes a financial hardship for anyone, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
