The AFM RYC is sanctioned tournament by the USA Fencing. The RYC events provide an opportunity to earn Youth 10/12/14 regional points in respective gender/weapon categories and it is a qualifying path for Summer Nationals 2020 based on fencer’s eligibility to fence in respective age category.
EVENT REGISTRATION TIMES LISTED ARE TENTATIVE (dates will not change) Time schedule will be finalized 3 days after close of regular registration.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMES MIGHT SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGE. As event size is hard to predict we use our best judgement to forecast event schedule. However we reserve a right to change the schedule of specific event(s) within that day based on actual number of prepregistrations. When planning event attendance it is best to assume a whole day event to avoid overlapping with other activities.
Fencers MUST check in each day by close of registration time of each event each day.
Fencers may only fence for one event at the time. If you pre-register for 2 events in one day, it will be at your own risk. We will not register fencers that are still fencing another event at close of registration and refunds will not be issued.

This filters down the entire list, Letter Ranking with year classification. Athletes with neither of the above are seeded in a random basis after the athletes who are seeded by the preceding factors.
It is the fencer’s responsibility to notify the Bout Committee of any registration discrepancies before the close of check-in for the event (i.e. wrong club, wrong rating, misspelled name, etc).
