Check-In

  1. Venue opens 6:30AM each day. We recommend to arrive at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
  2. Proof of current USFencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. If fencer is not a member yet, or membership expired, fencer has to complete and pay for USFencing membership at he door.
  3. Foreign fencers must obtain a "Foreign Fencer" USFencing membership (free of charge). This can be done before arriving to the event to expedite check-in. To be a member in USFencing click here
  4. All fencers have to have USFencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.
  5. Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if USFencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
  6. Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Event Fee Info

Registration and Event Fees

  • Regular fees until September 16th, 2019 11:59PM PDT - Registration $30, Administration $5, and Event fee is $45/event
  • Late fees (Triple) from September 17th until September 30th 11:59PM PDT - Registration $90, Administration $15, and Event fee is $135/event
  • Starting October 1st, No Online registration is permitted
  • Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees

Refund Policy

  • Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Refund requests must be received by September 16th, 2019 11:59PM PDT
  • Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to aif_challenge@hotmail.com
  • Starting September 17th NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
  • Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the tournament and will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refund are processed by USFencing National Office.
  • NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
