Age Eligibility

Y8 = 2011-2014
Y10 = 2009-2012
Y12 = 2007-2010 (or on Y10 NRPS)
Y14 = 2005-2008 (or on Y12 NRPS)
CDT = 2003-2006 (or on Y14 NRPS)

If fencer is eligible to fence higher age group because of National Points, please contact us at fairfaxchallenge@hotmail.com and we will add the fencer manually to the event and then you can pay online. Once you pay and National Points verified, we will move the fencer from "Pending" status to "Approved" status.

Check-In

Venue opens 6:30AM each day. We recommend to arrive at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
Proof of current USFencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. If fencer is not a member yet, or membership expired, fencer has to complete and pay for USFencing membership at he door.
Foreign fencers must obtain a "Foreign Fencer" USFencing membership (free of charge). This can be done before arriving to the event to expedite check-in. To be a member in USFencing click here
All fencers have to have USFencing membership card or clearly legible copy to use Auto Check-In feature.
Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate or passport, unless if USFencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card.
Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Registration and Event Fees

Regular fees until August 27th, 2019 11:59PM PDT - Registration (SYC - $35, RCC&Y8 $30), Administration $5, and Event fee is (SYC - $50/event, RCC&Y8 - $45/event)
Late fees (Triple) from August 28th until September 16th, 2019 11:59PM PDT - Registration (SYC - $105, RCC&Y8 $90), Administration $15, and Event fee is (SYC - $150/event, RCC&Y8 - $135/event)
Starting September 17th No Online registration is permitted
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees

Refund Policy

Registration fees and Administration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Refund requests must be received by August 26, 2019 11:59PM PDT
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to fairfaxchallenge@hotmail.com
Starting August 27th 2019 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refund are processed by USFencing National Office.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
