Venue will open each day approximately 1:30 minutes before the first event. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in.
Equipment check is located down the hall after registration check in. Please take equipment to be checked out of the bag and bring to armorers. Do not take your bag in the line. Leave your bag out of the way until you have completed your weapons check, then remove your bag to the main room. Bags may be stored in bag racks or in the area near the finals strip. Equipment required to be checked includes up to three body cords and head cords, gloves, mask, lame, manchette (sabre). If you use a manchette you must have an FIE glove. Proper fencing uniform must be worn including long socks. Women’s foil fencers must wear padded chest protector. Chest protectors used by men must also be padded.
Reminder: Y10 fencers must use size 0 or 2 blades. This will be strictly enforced.
Equipment only needs to be checked once during the event; however, fencers must check-in each day of the competition. Once a fencer has checked in, they may not leave the venue until they have been eliminated from their event.
Fencers arriving after close of registration will not be accommodated. You must be on site and checked in before close of registration.'
For your convenience, we will sell water, sports drinks, coffee, and snacks throughout the day at the entrance to the venue. Within walking distance are local sandwich shops, restaurants, and a full-service grocery store with takeout food and salad bar. Starbucks is also located in the grocery store.

Regular fees: up to August 2 PDT. Registration $35, Administration $5/event Event fee is $50/event
August 3 to August 16 PDT. Registration $90, Administration $15/event Event fee is $150/event.
No exceptions to late fees will be made for inability to register within stated deadlines.
There will be NO reminder emails sent to competitors with incomplete registrations; i.e, no payment. It is your responsibility to be aware of registration deadlines.
Registration fees will not be refunded. There are no exceptions. Prior to August 2, 100% of the event fee will be refunded if the organizer (email@example.com) is contacted with a refund request. After August 2, there will be no refunds of the event fee. Refunds will be processed no later than 4-6 Weeks and most will be processed immediately.
No refunds will be issued for No Show or Withdrawal from events.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the tournament is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (such as extreme weather), event fees will be refunded.
NO WALKINS will be accepted at this tournament.
