There will be NO reminder emails sent to competitors that are registered without completed payments. It is your responsibility to be aware of the registration deadlines.

CLOSE OF CHECK-IN TIMES (Times are subject to change depending on entries). We strongly encourage you arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before close of your event registration and allow time for equipment check.
Fencers not checked in at posted close of check-in time will not be permitted to compete, and no refund of entry fees will be issued. Fencers must check-in each day they fence.

Registration fees will not be refunded. There are no exceptions. Prior to March 2, 100% of the event fee will be refunded if the organizer (email@example.com) is contacted with a refund request. After March 2, there will be no refunds of the event fee. Refunds will be processed no later than 4-6 weeks.
No exceptions will be made for inability to register within stated deadlines.
